Foundation Implants & Periodontics
How a solo periodontist in Castle Rock got a website Google rates 100 out of 100 for SEO.

A solo practice that deserved a real website.
Andrew is a periodontist in Castle Rock, Colorado. He runs a solo practice. He does the procedures, he runs the schedule, he makes sure the lights stay on. He doesn't have a marketing department, and the work he does is the kind people only seek out when something is wrong.
His old website was the version most local practices end up with. A template, an about page, a contact form, and a Google ranking that didn't match the quality of the actual work. He didn't need an agency pitch. He needed a site that wouldn't quietly cost him patients while he was in the operatory.
We were a brand new company when Andrew signed with us. He was our first client. He read the proposal, asked the careful questions a business owner asks before handing over their digital storefront, and decided to back us. The site has been live and quietly doing its job since launch.
A site, on purpose, written by hand.
- 01
A homepage we wrote, not a template we filled in.
Every section, every paragraph, every photograph chosen on purpose. The copy reads like a careful clinician explaining what he does, not like dental SEO boilerplate. There is no stock smile-line photography on this site.
- 02
Schema markup that tells Google what kind of business this actually is.
LocalBusiness, Dentist, and Person schema in proper JSON-LD. The address, the hours, the services, the credentials, all structured so search engines and AI crawlers can read them without guessing. This is the part that almost nobody bothers to do correctly, and it is most of why the SEO score is what it is.
- 03
Mobile-first build, not a desktop site squeezed onto a phone.
Most of Andrew's prospective patients meet his website for the first time on a phone, in a parking lot, after their dentist mentions periodontics for the first time. The phone version is the real version. We built it that way and let the desktop layout follow.
- 04
HTTPS, daily backups, and uptime monitoring, all running quietly.
HTTPS is non-negotiable for a healthcare-adjacent practice. Backups go back 30 days. If the site ever goes down we know before he does. The point of these is that he never has to think about them, and so far he hasn't had to.
- 05
Hosting on our managed plan. Andrew owns the domain.
The site lives on our managed Hostinger Business account so we can fix things quickly without waiting on a credentials handoff. The domain itself is registered to Andrew, in his name, on his account. If he ever wanted to move the site somewhere else, the door is unlocked. This is on purpose.
- 06
Ongoing maintenance for the things software needs after launch.
Websites are not a one-time purchase. Plugins update, browsers change, content needs editing, and search rules drift. We look after Andrew's site every month, send him a short report, and fix the things he hadn't noticed were broken yet.
100 out of 100 on the part that matters.
100 out of 100 on SEO is not a vanity stat. It means every signal Google checks for is correct. Most local sites we audit score 60 to 80. Below are the full Google PageSpeed Insights results for foundationimplants.com, captured on 2026-05-07.

Mobile performance is a touch behind desktop because the hero image is doing too much work on a slower connection. We have a fix queued for the next maintenance pass that will get mobile inside the green band as well. Cumulative Layout Shift is already zero on both.
“Elements AI has been an integral part of my business success. VK and his team have done an amazing job updating, redesigning, and maintaining my website and SEO to allow for seamless integration and growth. They have made the entire process painless with excellent communication and always being available for meetings or completing tasks. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for updating or integrating AI software into their model!”
Plain English. No vendor lock-in. A live preview before you sign.
Most of the people who reach out to us are running a small business and have been burned by a web project that overpromised, ran long, and ended on a defensive email thread. We try not to be that. We talk in normal sentences, we put the work in front of you before you commit, and you keep ownership of everything we make.
For local businesses we will usually offer to build a working preview of the homepage before any contract is signed. You get to see it in your browser, click around, and decide if it actually feels like your business. That is the version of "trust me" we like.
If a small periodontics practice in Castle Rock can score 100 out of 100 on Google's SEO check, your business probably can too. Most of the gap is technical, and most of it is fixable.
See if your site has the same gaps.
We will look at your homepage, run the same SEO checks Google does, and write you a one-page summary of what is working and what is not. No obligation. No pitch deck.
