Industries / Contractors and Trades

AI, websites, and voice agents for contractors.

For plumbers, HVAC techs, electricians, roofers, and general contractors, missed calls quietly cost jobs. AI does not fix the calls you decline. It catches the ones you miss when you are already on a job.

The structural problem

Missed calls are missed jobs.

A small trades business misses a real share of its inbound calls, most of them outside business hours. The customer does not leave a voicemail. They call the next listing. Every miss is a complete loss of that job, that customer, and any future referrals.

A modern AI voice agent answers in a natural-sounding voice, triages urgency, captures the address and the problem, books a tentative slot, and sends a confirmation. For genuine emergencies it can dispatch your on-call tech and notify you by text. The agent does not replace a human. It backstops the calls a human cannot get to.

What we build for trades

  • / Conversion-focused service-business websites
  • / Tappable phone, online booking, and instant lead capture
  • / Automated quote follow-up and review-request flows
  • / Google Business Profile cleanup and local-SEO structure
  • / Dispatch dashboards integrated with your existing tools

Built around how trades actually work

Plain-English delivery, no jargon, no fragile integrations. The system has to keep working when you are eight hours deep in an attic and have not checked your phone.

Common questions

Contractor websites and voice agents, answered.

Can an AI voice agent answer calls while I am on a job? +

That is the gap it is built for. It answers the calls you cannot get to, captures the name, address and problem, and either books a tentative slot or flags it for a callback. Every agent is scoped to your business on a call first, including what counts as an emergency and who gets the text when one comes in.

Will customers know they are talking to an AI? +

They should be able to tell if they ask. We would rather the agent say plainly that it is an assistant taking details for the team than have a customer feel misled, and we agree exactly how it introduces itself before it goes live.

Do I need a new website as well? +

Not always. If your current site loads well on a phone, makes calling or booking obvious and shows up for the services you offer, it may only need fixes. If it does not, the site and the follow-up usually get scoped together, because a confusing page and a missed call cost you the same job.

What does it connect to? +

Usually your phone line, your calendar or scheduling tool, and wherever you want leads to land: a text, an email or a CRM. If a tool you rely on cannot be connected cleanly, we tell you on the first call.

How much does it cost? +

It depends on scope. A single after-hours line that takes messages is a different build from one that books into a live calendar. Pricing is shared on a free 30-minute call, you get a fixed quote before any work starts, and we are straight with you about the ongoing cost of the voice service itself.
