Accessibility Statement

Our commitment
Creative Elements LLC, doing business as Elements AI, is committed to making elementsai.net accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We believe that everyone should be able to learn about our services and contact us regardless of how they use the web.
Standards we follow
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.
What we've done
- Semantic HTML structure with proper headings and landmarks.
- Descriptive alt text on meaningful images and ARIA labels on interactive icons.
- Keyboard-accessible navigation, forms, and controls.
- Color contrast tested against WCAG AA targets, with a light/dark theme toggle.
- Forms with visible labels, focus states, and clear error messaging.
- Reduced-motion support: animations respect the operating system's "reduce motion" preference.
- Responsive layouts that work on mobile, tablet, and desktop.
Known limitations
Some third-party content embedded on the Site (for example, the Cloudflare Turnstile widget on the contact form, the Google Map on the contact page, and the Calendly booking widget) is provided by external services. We rely on those providers to deliver accessible experiences and cannot directly modify their controls.

Continuous improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review the Site against WCAG 2.1 AA on an ongoing basis and incorporate accessibility into the design and development of every new feature.
